PVE 30 : Single Passenger Residential Elevator
The PVE30 is the smallest home elevator in the world. The PVE30 elevator has a 350lb (159kg) lift capacity and is capable of up to 50 ft. (15m) of rise over as many as 4 stops. With a 30 inch outside diameter, it is small enough to fit in even the most modest-sized home. If you thought a home elevator was out of reach for you because of size constraints, this is the solution you have been looking for.
PVE 37 :Two-Passenger Residential Elevator
The PVE37 has paved the way for the rest of the pneumatic vacuum elevators lineup. It measures 37 inches in outside diameter and 32 inches wide on the interior of the cabin. This air-driven residential elevator can safely carry two adults, or 450 lbs, up to as many as 4 stops or 50 feet in total rise. For an even more comfortable ride, you can opt to have a cabin seat installed for a single rider to sit on while being carried up to another floor.
PVE 52:Wheelchair accessible Residential Elevator
This is the largest of the three vacuum elevators, capable of carrying three people or two people if one is in a wheelchair. Even our largest lift takes up less space in your home than other traditional elevators. Like all other vacuum elevators, the PVE52 does not need a separate space for machinery or additional room above and below the lift for a pit. Since the unit has a self-supporting structure, you will not have to add a frame to your home before installing it. This means you can fit this lift anywhere in your home!
Eco‐Friendly Home Elevator
All that is needed to power this mighty elevator is 220V, 25 Amp, single phase service. This is roughly the same as what your washer and dryer use. From an environmental and cost-saving standpoint, the PVE30 draws the least amount of electricity out of all of all home elevator models. Just like the other models in our lineup, it does not even use electricity to descend. Not only will your life be a lot easier now that you can avoid the stairs, but your electric bill will barely change!
What Are the Maintenance Requirements For the Pneumatic Elevator ?
Our pneumatic home elevators are surprisingly easy to install and maintain. The installation takes 1-3 days, and the impact on your home is minimal. Any maintenance required is always expedient and minimally invasive to your daily schedule.
A manufacturer’s study shows that pneumatic elevators need maintenance once every 5 years, or about 15,000 lifts, to replace the main seal. This is only a minor inconvenience compared to a traditional elevator that requires frequent inspections, annual maintenance, and costly parts that must be routinely replaced.
