- EN 81-50 – Design rules, calculations, inspections, and testing
- EN 81-70 – Accessibility for persons, including those with disabilities

Safety Features
- Battery Backup (UPS): In the event of a power failure, the elevator cabin automatically descends safely to the lowest floor.
- Overload Sensor: If the car is overloaded, the lift will not operate, and a warning will appear on the control panel.
- Overspeed Governor: Automatically stops the elevator if it exceeds the designated speed limit.
- Safety Breaks: Even if all the suspension cables fail, the safety brakes engage to prevent the elevator from falling. They lock the lift in place whenever it moves faster than the allowed speed.
- Door Lock System: Ensures that doors only open when the elevator is properly aligned at a floor and not in motion.
- Photoelectric Sensors (Light Curtain): Stops the elevator immediately if a passenger or object is detected near the entrance while in use.
